Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We also accept payment by PayPal or Amazon Pay. If you decide to use either of these two methods, you’ll be taken to either the PayPal or Amazon Pay website, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.

We do not accept check, COD, CashApp, or Venmo. 

Do you accept Sezzle?

No, we no longer accept Sezzle as a payment option. If you are looking for a payment plan option, we do offer: Afterpay & Klarna

What alternate payment methods do you offer?

As of right now, we offer Shop Pay as an alternate payment plan option.

Ordering and delivery

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account. We also offer reward points for those that create accounts with us. 

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at customersupport@boundlesscreationsonline.com just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

When will my order arrive?

WE SHIP ON TUESDAYS & FRIDAYS OF EVERY WEEK!

Orders that require shipping within the U.S. will be delivered within three to ten days, depending on your preferred shipping method. Shipping to countries outside of the U.S. may take up to 14 days. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.

***Due to USPS shipping delays, please allow a few extra business days for your order to arrive before contacting us.

What countries do you ship to?

We ship to most regions worldwide. We are not responsible for any VAT (taxes or duties) imposed once shipment is delivered to the specified country. If you have any questions, please reach out to us at customersupport@boundlesscreationsonline.com

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on the item you’ve ordered and the country where it’s being delivered. Please refer to your local shipping carrier of choice to check the postage fees for different destination countries. If your order value is more than $55, we provide free shipping within the U.S.

Can I track my order?

When your order ships you will receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order. Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you have been waiting a little too long.

You can also log into your account and click on the order in question to see the status.

*Please note that sometimes the tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier. If it looks like its not moving, chances are its on its way! 

We also offer Route protection & tracking through Shop.

Do you offer Free Shipping?

Yes! We offer Free Shipping on total cart orders above $55. 

Can I get a replacement if my product breaks in transit?

Please be advised that while we take utmost care in packaging and handling our products, there is a possibility that certain items may experience damage or breakage during transit. We strive to work with reliable shipping partners to ensure the safe delivery of our products, but factors beyond our control, such as rough handling or unforeseen circumstances, may contribute to the occurrence of such incidents.

We kindly request all customers to thoroughly inspect their purchases upon receipt and report any damage or breakage immediately. It is essential to document any visible signs of damage by taking photographs or videos of the packaging and the affected items.

While we will make every effort to assist you in resolving any issues that arise during transit, we cannot be held responsible for the condition of products once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. We strongly recommend purchasing appropriate insurance or opting for additional protection services during checkout to safeguard against potential damages that may occur during transportation.

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and accept that we are not liable for any damage or breakage that may occur to our products during the shipping process. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring a satisfactory resolution in the event of any transit-related incidents.

Returns

Can I return an item?

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase and come back for more. If you're unhappy for any reason, please contact us at support@snwgifts.net

1. We do not accept returns on skin care products. We strive to have all ingredients listed on the website and product. Always do a patch test before use. We do offer samples if you are unsure of a particular product. Please reach out to us regarding sample sizes.

2. We have a 30 day guarantee for all sewn items outside of wear and tear. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied or something happens within those 30 days, please reach out to us at support@snwgifts.net

Can I exchange an item?

We do not offer exchanges with our products. If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us at customersupport@boundlesscreationsonline.com

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes, we do. These are issued electronically by email and each contains a unique reference number. Our gift vouchers are ideal if you’re not sure what to get that special person in your life. Boundless Gift Cards Here!

What all do you offer?

There are many things we offer on our website. From body care products that are all 100% natural to handmade bags. We even research designs and create tumblers, keychains, and T Shirts. You never know what we will come up with. 

Can you tell me more information about your products?

We work hard to include as much information about our products in our product descriptions on the product page, but if there’s something more specific you’d like to know please contact us at customersupport@boundlesscreationsonline.com

The product I want is out-of-stock, when will it be available?

We strive to maintain our stock levels in line with demand. However, from time to time we may become out of stock of a certain product. If one of our products is out of stock, please feel free to send us a message and we'll make sure to let you know when you will be able to order it again. 

Keep in mind most if not all large handbags are one of a kind and unique. If you see something on the website, please don't hesitate as once it is gone, that particular unique make will be gone forever.

Custom Order Information*

CUSTOM ORDER INFORMATION
Custom orders are the best way to showcase your unique self. Decide on the type of product you want, then customize to your hearts content. 
 
1.Fill out form on the listing to customize each aspect of your bag.
2. All bags come with waterproof canvas interior and one or both interior slip pocket & zippered pocket dependent on the bag.
3.  There are many available options for  your fabric choice. There is a note box for your ideas or if you can't find what you are looking for. We will reach out to you with what is available or we find. (Ensure email address is correct as that is how we will contact you regarding your fabric choice - non-inspired fabric only)
4. ***Please note: Turn around time for custom listings are 2-4 weeks. 
 
*WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE ON TIME DELIVERY WITH THE TURN AROUND TIME ON MOST ITEMS AFTER NOVEMBER 1ST WITH USPS ESPECIALLY.*

How do I choose fabric?

We have 4 listings of fabric on the Design My Own tab.

***If you are looking for book fabric, these are located within the listing of the bag of choice. 

Choose 1-2 (though 2 would be best in case your first choice is out of stock) and add them to your cart.

These fabric listings are free, but you will not be receiving just FABRIC. 

You must have a DMO handbag/pouch/wallet selected in your cart upon checkout. 

I don't see what I want?

We offer many different types of styles for custom items. Please check the "Design My Own" collection (tab) on the website.

If you still can't find a style that fits your needs, please email at customersupport@boundlesscreationsonline.com and we can work with you to find the perfect fit for you. 

Do you have a design fee?

Yes. Time is money and though we don't want to, there is a minimal design fee that go towards your custom item. 

For example: DMO style : $85, design fee: $25 = your total is still $85. You will pay the $25 up front and the rest after we settle on a design. This ensures us that you will still purchase after the time spent on researching your design. 

Can you help me with a design?

We normally work with other designers for our fabric/faux leather. If you have a special design in mind, contact us and we can work with you on getting it onto fabric/FL.
